An honest man is the noblest work of God

A man who is always sincere and never deceives others is known as an honest man. He can never do wrong even in adversity. An honest person keeps unity amongst thought, word and action. It is said that God always reflects Himself through the hearts of honest persons .

Honesty and sincerity are a sort of inward qualities which are naturally found in a man. They give rare value to his personality. A man of ugly appearance can be the most handsome one by being honest and sincere in his nature. Gaudy clothes, ornaments and good looks do not make a person attractive. By the grace of God personality lies in good and honest nature of a person. These type of genuine people are always avoided and badly treated in their life time.

This proverb is so very true in today's world. We come across persons who give importance to their outward appearance, they show themselves outwardly as being good personalities and generous persons. However on proper examination we learn that in reality he is only pretending to be good and kind hearted. Diamonds and glass look almost similar. However diamonds are harder than glass and are very precious. A diamond must be checked thoroughly its internal characteristics will reveal its true properties and characteristics.

Socrates who was the best creation of God was sentenced to death as he taught the people to be true, noble, honest and sincere. Mahatma Gandhi also met the same fate as he was attaining freedom honestly by using the weapon of Ahimsa i.e. non violence. Jesus Christ was crucified. Even then nobody could erase their names and still their noble thoughts are followed by millions of people all over the world. Man of noble and honest character are very rarely found on earth that's why they are known as the noblest work of God.

Nowadays we rarely find honest and genuine persons. Hence this proverb reflects on this aspect that external appearances may be deceiving, we should examine the inner personality and internal character and only then decide. Such genuine persons are very rarely found, even in adversities they do not get wavered and prove their genuineness.
